Rezoning Meeting for Vacant Toys-R-Us Site
Some Colter Commons neighbors received letters today regarding the vacant Toys-R-Us site on 8th Place and Camelback Road. Download your own full copy of the letter in PDF format: Chapman BMW Letter #1 (warning, the last page is a mostly illegible copy of plans by Barry R. Barcus Architect, Inc.).
Chapman BMW has filed Rezoning and Special Permit applications to expand the existing Chapman BMW dealership on Camelback Road. Specifically, Chapman BMW has proposed a zoning change from P-1 to C-2, and asked for a Specil Permit for an auto dealership. A neighborhood meeting has been planned to discuss an overview of Chapman BMW’s request and answer questions from the neighborhood.
