A Neighborhood Meeting will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 801 E Camelback Rd, July 24 at 7pm. A Mesa developer has plans to redevelop the site of 5112 N 8th Place with 4-story condominium buildings that will house 78 residential units with underground parking. Their plans require that part of the property be rezoned from Commercial C-2 to Residential R-5. The majority of the site is already R-5, so this change will make the property all one zone.
